Woman's body found near Yellow River in Newton County
NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - The Newton County Sheriff's Office found a woman's body near the Yellow River on Saturday.
Authorities have identified the woman as 27-year-old Kelly Marshall, of Oxford, Georgia. Deputies said her body was found in the 200 block of Mount Tabor Road.
No arrests have been made.
The sheriff's office has assigned a team of investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division to the case. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Newton County Sheriff's Office at 678-625-1442.
