A bank surveillance camera caught a terrifying experience for a woman in LaGrange. The woman, who was making a deposit at an ATM, was held up at gunpoint by two men.

It happened during daylight hours at the BB&T Bank on Broad Street in LaGrange. Despite it being a drive-thru ATM, the woman was having problems with her window, so police said she got out to make a deposit.

Surveillance video shows the woman approach the ATM carrying a large stack of bills. The two gunmen, who police suspect were hiding in wait nearby, then appear, seemingly out of nowhere.

Both men were carrying guns and one of them wore a mask.

At one point, police said the men said something about stealing her car too, but they decided against it because of the woman's child inside.

The men then simply ran away in the direction of Vernon Street in LaGrange. Police said they need the public help in identifying the two robbers.

Anyone with information can call the LaGrange Police or Troup County Crime Stoppers.
