Woman arrested for trying to bite deputy

HALL COUNTY, Ga. - Hall County Sheriff’s deputies said they arrested a woman for trying to bite a law enforcement officer.

Deputies arrested 34-year-old Shirley Patterson after a traffic stop. Investigators said a state court probation warrant was issued for Patterson’s arrest on the first of December for a long list of charges including DUI.

While the deputy was trying to fasten her seatbelt in the back of the patrol car, investigators said Patterson kicked him multiple times in the chest and then attempted to bite him.

Patterson was booked into the Hall County Jail.
