U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos made a stop in Atlanta.

Wednesday marked the beginning of her Re-Think School tour to talk about the importance of re-thinking education to improve outcomes for students.

To kick the tour off, DeVos visited Georgia Tech to learn more about their student programs.

She also co-hosted a round-table so students could demonstrate the newly launched My Student Aid mobile app which allows students to easily apply for federal student aid.

After Georgia Tech, DeVos traveled to Huntsville, Alabama to see NASA's Marshall Flight Center and the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
