Maricopa County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dayvon Boyer Monday morning. He will be extradited back to Clayton County, where he will face murder charges in the April 2017 death of David Koran Gibbs.

Gibbs was found dead from apparent gunshots inside his car in the Aldi store on Riverdale Road, according to police. Investigators believe a drug deal gone bad led to his death.

Two other suspects, Jarrell Moore and Marc Anthony Brione, were arrested in mid-April.
