CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Clayton County Police are looking for the thieves who stole a computer and several flash drives that belong to a woman who works for Atlanta Public Schools.
The break-in happened in the Home Depot parking lot in Morrow located in the 2300 block of Mount Zion Road.
Stephanie Jackson says the devices contain training materials for students and teachers across the district. She said the documents are a compilation of nearly 20 years of work in public education.
Losing these materials is an enormous loss to Jackson. She said it will take her countless hours to reconstruct the training sessions and lesson plans she lost.
She's asking whoever is responsible to do the right thing and return the items. Jackson is offering a reward – no questions asked.
Jackson said if all the items are returned, she is offering a $300 reward.
The flash drives are most important to her, and she will offer a partial reward even if those are the only things returned.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Jackson at 770-906-2016.
