Teen arrested in QuikTrip armed robbery
CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. - A juvenile has been arrested in the May 5 armed robbery of a QuikTrip on Holly Springs Road in Cherokee County.
Chase Henderson, 17, is charged with one count of armed robbery. He is being held at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center without bond.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, the store’s surveillance camera and a tip from a citizen who recognized the suspect led to Henderson’s arrest on May 12. Deputies took him into custody after executing a warrant at his Holly Springs home, located less than a mile away from the QuikTrip.
