Teacher held on a million dollars' bond

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A high school teacher in Randolph County, Alabama has turned himself into police on charges that he had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.

David Burkhalter, 30, worked at Randolph County High School.

Burkhalter was charged with eight felony counts including second-degree rape and enticing a child.
