A judge has denied bond for A man who investigators say started a deadly police chase that ended with a multi-car crash on the Downtown Connector.

Police arrested 34-year-old Kahre Williams on Saturday after the deadly pursuit.

It all started early that morning when a state trooper tried to pull Williams over on Spring Street.

He was behind the wheel of a black Dodge Challenger and officials say was driving against traffic.

The officer attempted to pull over Williams, but they say he refused to stop, made a U-turn, and raced down Interstate 75.

The pursuit eventually ended on the Connector, where police say Williams crashed into two other vehicles.
