"What I remember is my soul, my spirit, I saw myself on the floor," said Amayrani Olvera.  "His friend and him were freaking out, panicking. The bus driver was panicking. And all I hear was crying but in an echo. Everything around me went white and blurry and the moment I just started crying looking at myself saying please wake up."

Olvera's brother, Ismael said he just learned how to perform CPR in school.

"She came back, she went out again. And I just kept doing it, doing it," said Ismael Olvera.  "My friend she came and she helped and we were just switching back and forth."

That friend was Rebecca Goodridge. Goodridge wasn't sure if Amaryrani would survive, and only one thought came to mind as she's performing compressions.

"Please don't die on me. Please don't die, please don't die, please don't die. I'm just freaking out because her eyes are rolling backwards," said Goodridge.

EMT's arrived and took Olvera to the hospital. She said she hadn't been eating at all.

"I'm so grateful, so humble him and his friend helped me. The bus Driver, everyone reacted quickly. If I was gone even longer I would not be here," said Amaryani Olvera.

The students said it's important to know CPR, because you never know when you will need to save a life.
