DeKalb County Police arrested two of the four women Wednesday they believe are behind a brutal attack of a teen caught on camera and posted to social media

Officers had previously arrested 19-year-old Kiarra Walton, one of two twins they said were involved shortly after the assault. Her twin, Keana Walton was taken into custody after being on the run for almost a month Wednesday afternoon.

Veronica Gant, later that day, was taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit robbery by force. Police said Gant was pregnant at the time and was the one behind the camera.

Investigators said four women jumped the 19-year-old victim at a service station earlier this month. One of the women behind the attack filmed the incident and posted it on social media.

The beating happened outside in the parking lot of a Memorial Drive service station in broad daylight. Police said it was sparked by a dispute between the women. Police said a passerby saw what was happening and demand the women stop the attack. Police believe that helped to save the victim’s life.

Police are still looking for another woman involved in the beating who was identified as Tyees Lashay Roberts.
