Safer Streets Rally on anniversary of Grady High School student's death
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Tuesday marks three years since a car fatally struck a Grady High School student as she tried to cross the intersection on her bike.
Alexia Hyneman was just a freshman when she was killed in 2016.

Ever since, the student-led group The Grady Pedestrian Safety Coalition has worked to make streets near schools safer.
Tuesday, they held a Safe Streets Rally at Grady High School.
Alexa's parents were there and spoke about some of the changes they hope to see.
The group held a memorial for Alexia after the rally.
