Pope Francis Visits The National Shrine

WASHINGTON, D.C. - In his second full day here in the United States, Pope Francis made a grand entrance and visited parishioners at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C.

Arriving first in his Fiat then traveling down the streets in an open air 'pope-mobile' Jeep, the Pontiff greeted thousands of cheering and adoring fans.
