Police: UGA student secretly filming people in bathroom

ATHENS, Ga. - Authorities accuse a University of Georgia student of spying on people while they used the bathroom.

UGA Police have charged Desmane Thomas with unlawful surveillance.

Police said he worked at the Ramsey Student Center as a facilities staff member.

He was fired and arrested after UGA Police received two separate complaints that someone took videos or photos of them while they were in the bathroom.
