Police searching for Atlanta bank robber

ATLANTA - Atlanta Police are looking for a man who robbed a Wells Fargo bank on Peachtree Road on Tuesday. The incident occurred around 3:09 p.m. when the man presented a hand written demand note to the teller, according to police.

The robber fled on foot in a south direction, according to police. No weapon was displayed during the incident. The suspect was not seen driving a vehicle.

Police say the suspects description is a black male between the ages of 25 and 35. He is 5'05" to 5'07" in height with a slim to average build. The suspect also has a beard/goatee. He was wearing white shoes, dark pants, a button-up jean shirt over a white tee-shirt and a white Nike ball cap.
