ATLANTA - Atlanta police say that a man was shot in the parking lot of an Atlanta gas station after midnight.
Police responded to a person shot call at the BP gas station on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway.
There they found the shooting victim, a 41-year old unnamed man.
He told police that he was in the parking lot when he was shot by an "unidentified individual."
The man was transported to Grady Hospital, where he was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries to his legs.
Police say the victim was not cooperative with officers on the scene and still wouldn't cooperate at the hospital.
While there are surveillance cameras at the station, authorities say the incident occurred right outside of the range of the cameras.
The victim's vehicle was found in the southbound lane of Bolton Road and has since been impounded.
Currently, police say no suspects have been identified.
