Police looking for women stealing beauty supplies

Peachtree City Police released video of two women allegedly helping themselves to more than a thousand dollars worth of beauty supplies.

Police say it shows this first woman walking to a store shelf at Ulta and taking down two items. After looking around, the woman slips them into her bag.

A second woman appears to do the same. Police believe the women worked together. While most shoppers are surprised at how much even a small bag of cosmetics costs, imagine what two women with large shoulder can rack up.

Police have asked for the public's help in identifying the two women.

Authorities say store employees had been attentive but did not notice the women shoplifting nor did they know just how much was taken until after they left.

The theft of items that are already expensive is sparking outrage among customers who say this is the kind of theft that drives up costs for everyone.
