Police looking for missing 22-year-old

A 22-year-old man went missing on May 18, and police are asking for help in locating him, according to Gwinnett County Police.

Davis Pagan walked away from his residence near the intersection of Grayson Highway and Grayson Parkway.  He left the house with a backpack and limited belongings, and he is not believed to have access to a vehicle.  Davis has not been heard from or seen since then.

Police say his cell phone is off, and there has been no activity on his cell phone records or bank records since he went missing.  Davis has a history of mental illness, and his cognitive abilities are impaired without his medication.

At this time, there is no indication of foul play, but detectives and family members are concerned for Davis’ health and well-being due to his cognitive impairment.
