Police arrest suspect in Gainesville shooting

GAINESVILLE, Ga. - A police investigation of a shooting on Mill Street in Gainesville has led to the arrest of a suspect.
Leondra Shenell Williams, 34, of Gainesville, Georgia is in custody for the Nov. 6 shooting of Nykita Young and Joyce Young on Mill Street.
Williams was taken into custody in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has been charged with Aggravated Assault.
The victim of the shooting is in stable condition.
