Pizza delivery driver charged with murder
FULTON COUNTY, Ga. - Police charged a pizza delivery driver with murder Thursday.
Fulton County investigators said Christian Eric Penilla got into an argument with Clifford English, who was an employee at the Red Roof Inn in Frederick Drive.
Police originally thought Penilla was the victim, but surveillance video told a different story.
He is charged with murder and possession of a firearm.
