Person of interest in Brookhaven shooting, robbery

BROOKHAVEN, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Brookhaven Police have released a picture of a person of interest in a shooting and robbery that happened just after Thanksgiving.

Police have released a photo of the man investigators want to find.

The victim was walking from her apartment early on the morning of November 24 when the gunman approached her.

Investigators said he snatched her purse, shot her in the thigh then ran off.

The woman survived the shooting.
