New food hall coming to Atlanta: Crafthall Kitchen

A new food hall is coming to Sandy Springs that will offer several new brands and an emphasis on flexibility in flavor and experience.

Crafthall Kitchen is set to open early in 2018  in the Perimeter Center West development at 1165 Perimeter Center West. It will encompass four new and unique concepts: Fowl & Scratch, Sugar Britches, Bowl Cookhouse, and Salty Bandita.

"Our first location will be in a very busy part of Sandy Springs," said founder Jennifer Rotondo. "That’s why we made delivery a big part of the model. You can order through our app and pick it up or we’ll deliver to you."

The concept of Crafthall Kitchen is based on variety, convenience, and choice. The four brands are under one roof, each with unique food and flavors. Visitors can stop by and eat, or order what they want for pick-up or delivery through their app.

Rotondo even says that brands and menus could evolve over time to the tastes of customers.

"If you want to eat meat, you can. Feel like vegging out? We’ve got just the thing. Don’t eat gluten? We’ll take care of you, too," Rotondo said. "If you want it, chances are we’ve got it. And if we’ve got it, chances are you’ll love it. We keep our choices as fresh and relevant as our feel-good flavors."

Fowl & Scratch will serve southern style chicken and gourmet sides. You can grab crispy and sticky chicken wings at Sugar Britches. Bowl Cookhouse will provide wholesome ingredients in a bowl. And, Salty Bandita is dishing out "un-lady-like" tacos.

The micro food hall brands and flavors were developed alongside Chef Kirk Biondi. Rotondo also has over 20 years of experience in restaurant marketing.

"We flexfit your food. It’s balanced — food should be flavorful and wholesome and give you choices." Rotondo said.
