Forsyth deputies said a burglary crew was taken into custody following a harrowing chase after a stolen car Thursday morning, that ended with deputies using P.I.T maneuvers to halt the suspects near Sandy Springs on Georgia 400.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office said the five suspects used a stolen car to commit multiple crimes in Dawson and Forsyth Counties.  The Office released dashcam video of the gripping chase on their Facebook page.

Cartavious Bradley, 23, Edward, Brown, 25, Derrick Perry, 17, Jalen Jones, 21, and Jhonae Cisneros-Hampton, 17, all from Atlanta, face several charges including attempted burglary, theft by receiving a stolen vehicle and possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime, according to Corporal Doug Rainwater of the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.

According to Rainwater, the crew is responsible for burglarizing a Dawson County gas station and stealing bundles of lotto tickets and were working to target other gas stations in the North Metro area.  Deputies said the five were spotted by a Cumming Police officer breaking into a car, and Forsyth County deputies fled after the vehicle.

Several deputies in vehicles stopped the suspects by using P.I.T. maneuvers on I-285 near Roswell Road in Sandy Springs.

Once the vehicle stopped, Sandy Springs Police helped nab the fleeing suspects. Authorities found two guns and bundles of lotto tickets that could be traced to the Dawson County gas station burglary, deputies said.

"This is an excellent example of training and leadership in action as the Sergeant insures our Deputies are utilizing all precautions to keep other motorists safe as they remove these armed suspects from the roadway and successfully end a pursuit with a P.I.T. maneuver," a message on the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Facebook page said in a post with the dashcam video.
