Singer Carrie Underwood surprises military family

A military family got a special surprise, thanks to singer Carrie Underwood and a group called Operation Homefront.

The Martins thought they were simply attending Underwood's concert in Philadelphia Monday night. What they didn't know was that the country music star was going to greet them herself before the show. "It's nice to be able to say thank you, your whole family, really, because they are your support unit, for what you do for us," Underwood told them.

Jonathan Martin is in the Army. He has served three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His wife Cara also served in the Army.

The surprise came just in time for the couple's 10th wedding anniversary. They and their two daughters called the experience an amazing opportunity.
