Is This Seahawks Fan's Lightshow Too Over-the-Top?

Authorities in a Washington city are asking owners of the "Hawk House" to tone down their NFL-themed Christmas display.

Neighbors of Kirkland have complained about the display, which features "original" dance music and a giant flashing Seattle Seahawks logo, saying it poses a safety risk and brings unwanted traffic to the area.

But homeowner Anthony Mish said it's a misunderstanding about the timing of his fifth annual nightly lightshow.

His house was being filmed for an episode of ABC's "The Great Christmas Light Fight."

"The music was going until two in the morning," Mish told ABC News. "I warned neighbors they were coming and said hotels were offering night stays, but I think people thought it would be like this all the time."
