Incredibly cute koala halts traffic

A very cute koala decided to take a rest right in the middle of a roadway, briefly snarling traffic.
A bystander in one of the stopped vehicles documented the gridlock that occurred a few days ago on Brisbane Valley Highway.
A friendly police officer responded to the scene, but the koala wasn't exactly cooperative.
The little guy or gal appeared to have no interest in walking anywhere else but on the highway, despite the officer's pleas.
"Get off the road, you silly thing!" a woman said from the vehicle.
