Dying woman's wish is re-homing her three dogs

When they're you're best friends, you would do anything for them...even if it means having to let them go.
They've been dubbed the "Aussie Posse"...three darling Australian shepherds named Autumn Moon, Mona Luka, and Finnegan. Their owner is Kathleen Zuidema, who lives in Washington state.
Kathleen is battling cancer and she doesn't have much longer to live. Because she won't be able to take care of her fur babies, her dying wish is to find an amazing forever home for the trio.
The lucky person or family that will help Kathleen, can't have just one...or two. "They are a package deal."
They have been with her through thick and thin, always by her side. So the "perfect fit" would include someone who can spend a lot of time with her dogs. With almost 27,000 shares on Facebook, Kathleen will probably find a great fit in not time. Dog lovers are reaching out to her from all over the nation.
