ATLANTA - Reports of missing and potentially stolen mail have residents upset in southeast Atlanta.
Residents who spoke with FOX 5’s Marissa Mitchell Tuesday said they have been dealing with the problem for weeks.
A picture provided by one of those residents from inside the Moda Reynoldstown Townhome Community shows a person going through the mail. Another shows packages wide open after someone rummaged through them.
Neighbors said Monday they found piles of mail strewn across the ground near the Lang Carson Recreation Center along Flat Shoals Road.
The neighborhood security patrol said they are aware of several reports are investigating.
FOX 5 News reached out to the postal service about the on-going issues residents in the area face but did not hear back from a spokesperson as of Tuesday evening.
