CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - A Mattie’s Call, Georgia’s emergency missing alert for disabled or elderly persons, have been activated for a 27-year-old missing Clayton County man.
William Hinson was last seen Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of Tara Blvd., according to police. He was walking at the time. Police said he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and doesn’t have his medication.
Hinson is described by police as being 5’9” tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black loose-fitting sweatpants, and a blue and white football jersey with “YOUNG” printed on the back.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately.
