Man threatens to kill someone with a machete
NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - A man faces criminal charges after threatening to cut a person's head off with a machete, according to the Newton County District Attorney's office.
Officials said, Tyler Nehl pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and terroristic threats before facing a jury trial.
A judge sentenced Nehl to ten years with the first two years to be served in prison.
