Investigators said surveillance video shows Daniels fired at four people trying to run away. All four victims were seen falling to the ground. Police said Daniels continued to fire at Zachariah Hunnicutt, who could be seen covering his head with his hands before the gun jammed or the gun ran out of bullets. Hunnicutt died at the scene. The three other victims were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital and were later released.

Daniels was apprehended while exiting the train through the emergency exit gate. Police said Daniels had a .9 mm which he dropped during the arrest.

No word on Daniel’s next court appearance.
