HALL COUNTY, Ga. - A Cumming man was arrested for invasion of privacy after authorities said he placed a hidden camera in someone's bedroom and watched until it was discovered four months later.
Vernon Kyle Rowe, 30, is accused of watching a victim through a hidden camera from July through November. Investigators said Rowe disguised a camera as an electrical outlet and observed as well as photographed what a woman was doing in her bedroom, without her consent or knowledge.
The victim called authorities when she discovered the hidden device.
Rowe was arrested on Monday, and taken to the Hall County Jail. He's since bonded out.
