Man arrested after allegedly soliciting undercover officer for sex

WINDER, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police arrest a 51-year-old Winder man after he solicited an undercover officer for sex.

Suwanee Police say the officer posed as a 14-year-old girl.

Larry Higgins arranged to meet the child inside the city limits.

They immediately arrested him once he arrived.

Officers charged Higgins with violating the computer pornography and child exploitation prevention act.

He's also charged with criminal attempt to commit aggravated child molestation.
