Judge dismisses Andrea Sneiderman visitation case

A judge has dismissed the visitation case between Andrea Sneiderman and her in-laws without prejudice.

Court documents say the two sides have reached an understanding about visitation.

The parents of Rusty Sneiderman alleged that Andrea has  not allowed them to see their grandchildren.

Prosecutors say Andrea Sneiderman conspired with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband Rusty in 2010.

She remains under house arrest at her parent's home and must wear an ankle monitor at all times.
