Gov. Kemp celebrates Georgia's tourism

Governor Brian Kemp celebrates Georgia’s tourism industry at the State Capitol.

He invited the state's industry leaders for the annual Tourism, Hospitality, and Arts Day Tuesday morning.

During the event, the governor spoke about the significant role that tourism plays in Georgia’s economy.

There are around 62,000 tourism-related jobs in our state.

It's an industry that's seen major growth in the past few years.

Governor Kemp also unveiled the cover of the 2019 Explore Georgia Travel Guide.
