Giant potato turns into Airbnb rental

The trendiest – and starchiest – new piece of real estate is a mammoth-sized potato.

The 6-ton potato prop just finished touring the country promoting Idaho's staple crop.

And now that it's done travelling, the giant fake vegetable's hollow interior has been converted into a cozy Airbnb.

The rental site says this one-bedroom space, known as the "Big Idaho Potato Hotel," comes complete with air conditioning, a bathroom, and an indoor fireplace.

And it's all for just $200 a night.

The spud is located 25 miles southeast of Boise, Idaho.
