Georgia State Patrol looking for vehicle involved in hit and run

VILLA RICA, Ga. - The Georgia State Patrol responded to a hit and run collision that occurred at the intersection of Thornton Road and Factory Shoals Road early Saturday morning. 

Upon arrival a black male, fatally injured, was found on the west shoulder of the road.  The GSP Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team responded to the collision.  Evidence was collected at the scene that later identified the hit and run vehicle as an Infiniti FX35.  The vehicle year model should be between a 2009 and 2011. The vehicle’s color is unknown.
