Gas station employee hit in the head with a gun during robbery

- Gwinnett County police need help in their search for a suspect who repeatedly hit a gas station employee in the head with a gun during an armed robbery.

On November 16, a male walked into the Exxon gas station at 2100 Killian Hill Road in unincorporated Snellville, forced his way behind the counter area, held a gun to an employee's head, and demanded the registers be opened.

The victim told police they were hit several times in the head by the gun. According to Gwinnett County police, the suspect stole several thousand dollars, around 7 lottery tickets, and cigarettes. 

Georgia Lottery investigators told police the stolen lottery tickets were cashed at a Kroger in Lilburn, an Exxon on Lee Road in Snellville, and then at a QT on Scenic Highway in Snellville.
