ATLANTA - Many Republicans are pushing for a vote to confirm Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court despite recent allegations involving sexual assault.
It is a move that FOX News Political Analyst Juan Williams said could spell trouble for the upcoming Midterm Elections.
With public support for Kavanaugh dropping, Williams said rushing toward a confirmation could have an effect at the polls.
Williams was in Atlanta Wednesday to promote his new book "What the Hell Do You Have to Lose?: Trump's War on Civil Rights."
In it, Williams critiques what he describes as the trump administration's "unprecedented rollback of the civil rights movement."
