EAST POINT, Ga. - An unidentified woman in East Point is in fear after a road rage shooting on a major highway.
She told FOX 5 the shooting happened around 1:45 p.m. Monday on State Route 166 East near the Fort McPherson exit. She said someone in white GMC Yukon fired a shot at her car because she, seemingly, wasn't driving fast enough for the driver.
The bullet struck the back of the woman's car. She wasn't hurt in the incident. She also said everything happened so quickly she wasn't able to get a more detailed description of the suspect or a license plate. She also feared for her life after the dangerous turn of events.
However, she wants anyone with information about the ordeal to go to police.
