Driver charged with DUI after striking museum sign

MARIETTA, Ga. (FOX 5 News) - A woman has been arrested for DUI in Marietta after she totaled her car and almost took out the sign for the Gone with the Wind museum.

Police say she lost control and flipped her vehicle at the intersection of Powder Springs Road and Griggs Street.

A man passing by saw the woman flailing her arms through the window and stopped to pull her to safety.

According to officers, she admitted to drinking and failed a sobriety test.
