Eric Trump may have violated New York state law by tweeting out a photo of his ballot showing him voting for his father.

The photo showed an oval filled over his father’s name on the ballot and Trump wrote in his tweet, “It is an incredible honor to vote for my father! He will do such a great job for the U.S.A! #MakeAmericaGreatAgain”

The tweet would be later deleted from his Twitter account.

Voters in New York are banned from showing photos of a completed ballot or how a person cast their vote. This law also applies to social media posts, a federal judge ruled last week.
