According to a press release, the “Keep Up The Noise!” demonstration is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. at the Maloof Auditorium in Decatur.

Organizers say the protest will begin before a 9 a.m. Board of Commissioners meeting, where the demonstrators will voice their concerns about their high water bills.
