The case against a former DeKalb County Police officer who shot and killed an Air Force veteran can move forward.

A grand jury charged Robert Olsen with felony murder in the March 2015 death of Anthony Hill.

Hill, who suffered from mental illness was not armed and naked when he was shot.

Olsen's attorneys argued the charges should be dismissed due to what they called a violation of grand jury secrecy. But the state supreme court justices unanimously agreed there was no unlawful conduct in the grand jury proceedings.
