Couple arrested, accused of giving child meth to drink

KINGSTON, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A Bartow County couple was arrested after deputies say they gave their child a drink containing meth.

Ashley Sexton, 27, and Joshua Teems, 29, were arrested at their Kingston home this week.

Sexton was charged with cruelty to children and Teems was charged with possession of marijuana and cruelty to children.

The 4-year-old's condition has not been released.
