The sex assault case against comedian Bill Cosby is now set for June 5, 2017 after a pretrial conference Tuesday that saw attorneys wrangle over several important issues.

Prosecutors want to use Cosby's own words against him at trial, specifically incriminating statements he made in a phone call with his alleged victim's mother months after the incident. The defense insists the call was illegally recorded but prosecutors say it's strictly legit and helps their case. No ruling yet from the judge on that issue.

Cosby arrived at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown at about 12:30 p.m.. He held onto an aide's arm as he arrived, dressed in a light blue striped seersucker jacket.

Cosby's defense team refused to take questions from reporters after the court session Tuesday in statements blasted the judicial system and media coverage of the allegations against Cosby.
