Investigators said parts of the car were left at the scene and it will have front-end damage.

Lun Thang, her sister, and her aunt were in the crosswalk on North Indian Creek Drive when a driver plowed into the 4-year-old Indian Creek Elementary School student around 6:45 a.m. Lun went flying 100 feet in the air, landed on a PT Cruiser before hitting the ground. The driver initially stopped, but ended up leaving the scene before police arrived.

Anyone with thinks they may have video, who believes they saw the car either before or after the crash or knows anything further about the case is asked to contact the DeKalb County Police Department.
