DeKalb County Police are searching to identify three men who could be behind up to ten burglaries in Atlanta and DeKalb County, casing homes and pretending to sell lawn equipment in order to determine if homeowners are away from the premises.

Police released several surveillance videos and images of the alleged perpetrators, and said the main suspect is a man who can be seen in at least two videos wearing a black hoodie with the word "Trap" emblazoned on the front.

"There's always two guys showing up. Usually they walk around with backpacks, and in a couple of the footages they have gloves on. Typically they go after electronics," said Detective John Kearney of DeKalb County Police South Precinct.

The main suspect is described as close to 6 feet tall with a balding head, facial hair and wears black hooded sweatshirts and tight fitted pants, as well as donning a backpack.

Another suspect appeared to be in their 30s, and another individual in their late teens, Kearney said.

Police warn homeowners to always answer the door when they are home to prevent entry by these burglars or any intruders, or install a doorbell camera to be able to answer your door remotely.

Anyone with information is asked to call the South Precinct of the DeKalb County Police department at 404-286-7990. People who wish to remain anonymous can also contact Crime Stoppers and can receive a reward up to $2,000.
