When you're faced with cancer, it can seem that conquering the disease can be harder than when the Atlanta Falcons take on the New Orleans Saints. But to prove that it can be done and to never lose hope, a group of team members visited a very special group of patients at Northside Hospital Monday night.

Falcons players Bryce Harris, Jake Long, James Stone and Ben Garland visited the Oncology floor at the hospital to deliver gifts and brighten the day of patients. They came armed with hats, footballs, hugs and lots of laughs.

Needless to say everyone was excited to meet our hometown players up close and personal, as well as being able to give the guys an in person #RiseUp just a day after beating the Houston Texans and just a few weeks before the big matchup against the Saints.
