On Sunday, authorities released a picture of Dexter Covington, 19, who, they said, is a person of interest in the case. Covington is described as a black male, 5'10" tall, weighing 135 pounds. He was last seen driving an all black Chevrolet Camero with Georgia license plate: RCA 2611.

Demitrius Sullivan, told FOX 5's Marissa Mitchell his brother, Thomas, was a graduating senior who enjoyed playing basketball at Stockbridge High School.

Sullivan said he was with his brother at the party when an argument broke out and someone shot Thomas. He believes his brother was targeted.

The two decided to hang out Saturday because just hours earlier Thomas learned he was accepted into Indian River State College in Florida.

Henry County Schools released the following statement:

"Our condolences go out to this student's family during this very difficult time. It is our hope that law enforcement is able to quickly find those responsible for this tragedy.
